Blessing of Cemetery and the Chappel at St. Joseph Church Addahole
The Newly constructed Cemetery and the Chappel of St. Joseph Church Addahole was blessed on 6th May 2025 by His Excellency Mar Lawrence Mukkuzhy, Bishop of Belthangady. Udane Forane Vicar Fr. Sibi Panachickal and Diocesan Chancellor Fr. Lawrence Poonolil were present for the function. We express our sincere gratitude to the KARNATAKA STATE GOVERNMENT led by Sri. Siddaramaiah for granting 25 lakh rupees for the project. We are sincerely thanks Mr. Baby Manjalamkunnel, the Shiradi Grama Panchayath member for his efforts to avail the Govt. grant. The contractor Xavier Baby has finished the work timely. Trustees Jose thenganal, Saju Vellakkada, Nikhil Puthenpura and Vicar Fr. Joseph Pampackal also will be remembered with gratitude for their efforts to finish the project. Besides Govt. grant, the parishioners had contributed 2 lakh rupees and each family has done 6 works each. Special mentioning for the labour provided by Thomas valiaparambil and for for the final touches at cemetry Chapel. Congratulations to the Parishioners for attaining their long cherished dream.
